请确保在正式申请认证前,已做好以下准备:
ICF 授权的教练课程毕业证书(证明您的学时和辅导次数足够):需要在申请过程中上传
教练小时数记录日志(证明您的教练小时数足够)
支付认证费用的银行账户:确保余额/额度充足
ICF会员费:$245(非必须)
ACC认证费:$175(会员价),$325(非会员价)
PCC认证费:$375(会员价),$525(非会员价)。
说明:此价格仅针对ICF授权的L1/L2课程,如群智的CITO®课程;针对ACTSH或未被ICF授权认可的课程,或学习多家机构的不同课程,组合形成125+小时,其认证费用会更贵,具体以ICF官网最新公示为准。

说明:
请确保网络流畅且有时间一次性完成本操作,否则容易因“网页超时”申请失败,失败后只能重新进行本操作,不可中途保存。全部操作预计耗时15分钟。
认证流程中您可以自行选择是否需要申请ICF会员,不影响认证流程和结果。如选择不申请会员,请直接跳到【No.3:提交认证申请并缴费】
会员费:$245
ICF 会员提供以下服务:
认证 ACC/PCC 时可以节省 $150;
获得 ICF 官方行业调研数据,参加 ICF 官方组织的全球性活动。

Step 2:下滑找到“Individual Membership”(个人会员),点击“Start Application”(开始申请)
Step 3:点击“Start Your Application”(开始申请)
Step 4:勾选并点击“Continue”(继续)

注:请确保邮箱可用,后面需接受申请审核和笔试通知邮件。
Step 7:出现此页面后,前往邮箱找到进一步注册的邮件
邮件标题为:ICF Validation Email
Step 8:点击“Verify my email address”(确认邮箱地址),点击后会弹出ICF官网的下一步注册页面。
如弹出后自动打开的浏览器不是谷歌浏览器,请复制链接到谷歌浏览器打开。
Step 9:填写标有“required”(必填)的内容,点击“Continue”(继续)
注:
“First Name”和“Last Name”为您在 ICF 官网的账号名,并非后续申请 PCC 证书上的名称,但仍然建议您保持和正式名一致,方便后续 ICF 审核和认证申请。以“群小智”为例,First Name即为“Xiaozhi”,Last Name即为“QUN”;
“Mailing Address”为邮寄地址,“Phone Number”为手机号,请确保填写准确,后续申请认证时会自动索引此处的邮寄地址及手机号,认证完成后会按此地址发送证书。(若地址可能在未来几个月内有变化,建议在“Line 2”处输入备用地址)

Step 13:点击“Continue To Payment”(继续支付)
Step 14:选择“Currency”(支付货币)和“Payment method”(支付方式),并点击“Submit Payment”(提交账单)
注:“Check to auto-renew membership”(确认是否需要自动续费会员)请根据您实际的情况选择。
Step 15:填写您的支付银行卡信息,并点击“Submit Payment”(提交账单)
注:“CVV”为信用卡的安全码,打印在信用卡签名区的三位或四位数。
省钱小技巧:ICF近期有营销活动,到达此页面后不选择提交账单,直接关闭页面,48小时内邮箱会收到一封折扣邮件,标题为“Complete your ICF Member Application Today – 10% Off”,通过折扣邮件完成账单支付可以享受 9 折优惠(原价$245,折扣价$220.5)。此活动不确定什么时候会取消,建议在提交账单前尝试一下。
Step 16:复制邮件中的折扣码,回到Step 12,在“Promo Code”处输入折扣码并重新提交,即可享受 9 折优惠。
至此完成 ICF 会员注册的全部流程,恭喜您成为 ICF 会员!
No.3:提交认证申请并缴费
说明:
请务必完成【No.1:认证前准备】后,再开始本流程;
请确保网络流畅且有时间一次性完成本操作,否则容易因“网页超时”申请失败,失败后只能重新进行本操作,不可中途保存。全部操作预计耗时30分钟。
以下是申请流程:
Step 1:单击“Credentialing”(资质),在下级菜单中点击“Apply for Credential”(申请认证)
Step 2:下滑,点击“Start Your Application with the Credential Path Survey”(接受认证路径调研并开启认证)
Step 3:点击“Start the Survey”(接受调研)
注:请确保浏览器“JavaScript”已启用,否则可能无法跳转到Survey页面(2025年前申请认证必须开启JavaScript,ICF官网于2025年4月有更新,截止发稿前不再需要开启,仍建议保持开启以确保流程不受干扰),详见【No.1:认证前准备】
Step 4:勾选“Continue”(继续)
Step 5:按照截图勾选“125-199”,“500-2499”,点击“Discover Your Credential Level”(确认认证级别)

注:
“First Name”(名)和“Last Name”(姓)务必要准确填写,不要填错,不要填反,这个名字会作为最终PCC证书上的名字。以“群小智”为例,First Name即为“Xiaozhi”,Last Name即为“QUN”。
“Total Hours”(合计小时数)务必要大于等于500,否则最终审核会不通过。
勾选内容大意为:
1)教练实践小时数中,至少包含450小时为有偿服务(有偿包括付费或其他等价物交换,如客户请教练喝一杯咖啡,也算为有偿);至少为25位客户提供了教练服务;群体教练次数不超过15次(此要求是为了保证教练进行足够多次的个人教练服务,以稳定教练水平);过去18个月内至少进行了50小时的教练实践。
2)教练需自行保留一份教练日志,日志上应列出客户的姓名、联系方式、教练关系的起止时间、付费小时数及公益小时数。其中,团队教练时数需单独记录,包括团队中某一位成员的姓名、联系方式、教练关系的起止时间、参与总人数、付费小时数及公益小时数。
3)ICF保留审核教练日志的权利,如提供不真实的信息,教练的申请会被拒绝或撤销,并在5年内禁止再次申请。
Step 15:恭喜你完成了教练实践小时数的提交,接下来请点击“Exam”(考试)
Step 16:点击“Enter Exam Information”(输入考试信息)
注:此页面是填写 ICF 的笔试申请,而非教练培训机构的最终考试(口试)。
Step 17:输入“Legal First Name”(法定名)、“Legal Last Name”(法定姓),点击“OK”
注:请注意名和姓的填写格式,务必保持和“Client Coaching Experience”(教练实践经历)中填写的名和姓一致,如不一致会直接导致认证申请审核失败。

Step 29:页面下拉,在“My Application”(我的申请)里可以看到申请进度
注:若“Status”(状态)处显示“Application Received”(申请已收到),则证明ICF已收到您的申请,目前正在审核。审核完成后会通过邮件告知你审核进度,审核通过的话还会随邮件一并下发笔试的相关通知。
接下来,就安心等待ICF发送邮件啦!(审核周期通常为4周左右)
No.4:中途退出后,如何继续申请?
您可以通过以下方式查询之前的申请流程是否已被保存:
Step 1:点击页面右上角您的名字
Step 2:点击“Access Profile”(访问配置文件,即个人信息)
Step 3:在“My Applications”(我的申请)里找到最新的申请记录,点击“Continue Application”(继续申请)
注:
1)通过此步骤可以直接跳转到【No.3:提交认证申请并缴费】-【Step 10】,并继续完成申请;
2)为保证申请内容的准确填写,请核对“Education”(教育,与教练学习小时数有关)、“Client Coaching Experience”(教练实践,与教练实践小时数有关)、“Exam”(考试,即ICF 的正式笔试)是否均已正常记录;
3)若“My Applications”(我的申请)里没有相关记录,说明您此前的申请没有被记录上,请返回【No.3:提交认证申请并缴费】-【Step 1】从头再来。
No.5:证书到期后,如何续证?
说明:ACC/PCC证书有效期为3年,有效期截止后,教练需要ICF官网更新继续教育学分(CCE),以获得更新的证书。

No.7:ICE基本介绍
一旦您的申请得到审核和批准,ICF 将通过电子邮件与您联系并邀请您参加考试。这是认证过程的最后一步。
电子邮件将包含有关如何安排 Pearson VUE 预约以完成考试(亲自或远程)的详细说明。收到此电子邮件后,您将有 60 天的时间安排并完成考试。
ICE 由 81 个情境判断题组成,每个题都包含一个描述辅导情况的真实场景,对应四个选项。
对于每种辅导场景,只有一种正确的最佳行动和一种正确的最差行动。
ICE 为期3小时,通过考试中心的计算机或 Pearson 的 OnVUE 远程监考考试服务进行。
总考试时间分为以下几个部分:
1)考试须知:3分钟
2)第 1 部分(41 项):87 分钟
3)预定休息时间:5 分钟
4)第 2 部分(40 项):85 分钟
ICE 以英语提供,并配有中文翻译。
如果您未通过考试,您可以重新参加考试。重考费用为 105 美元。
根据 Pearson 重新安排和取消政策,无法在预定考试预约时间参加考试的考生必须在原定考试预约时间之前至少 48 小时取消或重新安排考试。无法提前至少 48 小时取消或重新安排考试的考生将被没收考试费用。错过考试预约的考生无需重新申请,但可能需要缴纳 ICF 认证考试重考费才能安排新的预约。重考费用为 105 美元。
全球考生可以选择线上或线下参与ICE。但截至目前,中国区用户只能选择线下参加考试。(因为笔试系统中国区暂未兼容)
